RWF55 Temperature and Pressure Controller

The RWF55 is designed for precise temperature and pressure control in oil- or gas-fired heating plants. By configuring the appropriate parameters, the controller can also be switched to cooling mode, enabling reverse operation.

Control Functions

• Operates as either:

  • 3-position controller (without angular positioning feedback)

  • Continuous controller (with analog output, depending on configuration)

• Can be switched via an external switch to a 2-position controller for operating 2-stage burners

• Integrated thermostat function for burner on/off switching

Operating States (LED Indicators)

• Burner release

• Control pulses: OPEN or CLOSED (for air damper operation with modulating burner control) or Stage I / Stage II (for 2-stage burner control)

• 2-stage operation active

Digital Display

• Green: Setpoint value

• Red: Actual value

• During parameter setup → shows the relevant configuration parameters
