Model Versions

VPS 504

• Designed for monitoring DUNGS solenoid valves up to DN 80, with or without bypass connection.

• 24 VDC version for gas motors.

• Suitable for gas families 1, 2, 3 in gaseous form and other neutral gaseous media.

• Complies with EN 1643.

• Key Features:

  • Operates independently of residual pressure within the permitted operating range.

  • Test volume ≤ 4 l.

  • No on-site adjustment required.

  • Short test duration: 10–26 seconds.

  • Tightness or leakage indicated by LED.

  • External fault display possible for Series 02, 04, and S05.

  • Optional group fault alarm for S01 (SSM).

  • Suitable for TRD systems.

  • Electrical connection via plug connection S01, 02, 03 (no rewiring needed per DIN 4791).

  • Series S04 and S05: electrical connection at screw terminals via PG 13.5 cable entry.

VPS 508

• Designed for monitoring DUNGS solenoid valves up to DN 100, with or without bypass connection.

• 24 VDC version for gas motors.

• Suitable for gas families 1, 2, 3 and other neutral gaseous media.

• Complies with EN 1643.

• Key Features:

  • Operates independently of residual pressure within the permitted operating range.

  • Test volume ≤ 8 l.

  • No on-site adjustment required.

  • Short test duration: 10–36 seconds.

  • Tightness or leakage indicated by LED.

  • External fault display possible for Series 04 and S05.

  • Suitable for TRD systems.

  • Electrical connection via plug connection S03 (no rewiring needed per DIN 4791).

  • Series S04 and S05: electrical connection at screw terminals via PG 13.5 cable entry.
