TDS Blowdown System – BK 5000-T Series
The BK 5000-T TDS Blowdown System provides accurate and automatic control of boiler water conductivity, minimizing blowdown rates and saving water, energy, and treatment chemicals.
Using the BD 5400 conductivity sensor, the BK 5000-T controller monitors TDS levels and activates the BKV 5400 electrohydraulic blowdown valve when high TDS is detected. The valve closes once the set TDS limit is reached. The controller features a large display showing real-time and setpoint values in ppm or µS/cm.
Note: The BS4 system measures conductivity only and is ideal for stable boiler conditions. For systems with fluctuating temperature and pressure, the BS4-T system is recommended.
