VPM-VC Valve Test Module

The VPM-VC is designed for automatic leak testing between two solenoid valves in gas-consuming equipment, either before system start-up or after shutdown. It can function as a stand-alone leakage tester or be integrated with automatic burner control systems.

Typical Applications:

• Gas burner systems for heating

• Process heating and process industry

• Gas engines

The VPM-VC module checks the tightness of burner gas shut-off valves in combination with one or two pressure switches. Testing is performed in accordance with EN 1643. Program sequence, filling/venting options, and timing parameters can all be adjusted to meet system requirements.
