Siemens Burner Controllers LME7 Series
The LME7xx burner controls are microprocessor-based systems with matching components designed to control and supervise medium- to large-capacity forced-draft burners. They are used for the startup and monitoring of multistage or modulating forced-draft burners and atmospheric gas burners in intermittent operation. The fuel/air ratio can be adjusted via an air damper actuator for mechanical or pneumatic control, or through pulse-width–modulated fans combined with pneumatic ratio control.
Flame supervision options:
-
Ionization probe
-
UV flame detectors QRA2 / QRA4 / QRA10
-
Photoresistive detectors QRB1 / QRB3
-
Yellow flame detector QRB4
-
Blue-flame detector QRC
LME71, LME73, and LME75 burner controllers provide advanced flame safeguards, setting a new benchmark for flexible and cost-effective burner supervision. They feature simplified installation, programming, and commissioning, combined with proven field reliability.
